The Disabled Welfare Society (DWS) has been providing emergency financial assistance to persons with disabilities and vulnerable individuals to help them overcome urgent challenges. As part of this initiative, several supports were provided in 2022–2023:

27 December 2022: Support was provided to Anowara Begum, a hearing-impaired woman, to undergo eye surgery.

10 April 2023: Rashed Mridha, a student, received support to cover the costs of online application forms for university admission.

17 May 2023: At the DWS office, an underprivileged person with a disability received financial support to address critical family issues, which helped him resolve a significant portion of his problems.
These supports have directly benefited the lives of persons with disabilities and disadvantaged individuals, easing their struggles and enabling them to move forward. DWS plans to continue such initiatives in the coming years.
