🎉 Looking Back at Our Celebration of Helen Keller’s 146th Birth Anniversary! On June 28, 2026, Disabled Welfare Society (DWS), in collaboration with the ‘Somotar Bangladesh’ campaign, hosted a special discussion and cultural program at the Kobi Sufia Kamal Auditorium, Bangladesh National Museum. The core objective of this event was to highlight the hidden cultural talents and rights of visually and hearing-impaired individuals at the national level. Our journey toward building a truly inclusive society continues! 🎭 Cultural Highlights: Artists with visual and hearing impairments captivated the audience through inspiring musical performances, poetry recitations, and essay (probondho) presentations that powerfully conveyed their voices and achievements.
